Annamaria has three decades of experience in advising families. Before founding Delfin, she headed Wealth Management for C Hoare & Co. She specialises in solving complex multi-jurisdictional problems drawing on her international expertise in wealth management, banking, regulation and private markets.
Gregg has over 6 years experience in private wealth as a fund manager for multi-family office, Elmfunds and at C Hoare & Co, where he had roles on the ESG, financial planning and dealing teams. Gregg is Delfin’s research and technology lead and oversees our rigorous, data-driven approach.
James’ 25 year career in finance spans institutional and private wealth disciplines, including roles at C Hoare & Co, the quantitative strategy group at Goldmans Sachs and credit risk at Barclays Capital. He is our risk expert and works with our clients to assess risk and conduct quantitative assessments.
Amy has industry experience across institutional employee benefits consulting, fintech and investment research, and private wealth management in the family office space. Prior to joining Delfin she held roles at Morningstar and most recently Stonehage Fleming, where she was a Senior Associate in the portfolio management and investment team.
Justin has wide-ranging career experience holding senior roles across politics, communications, public affairs and family offices. Prior to joining Delfin, Justin was COO of a London based family office developing the target operating model, integrating several departments, and creating several new business ventures across the portfolio.
Aisling’s 15 year career in financial services combines roles as a CEO and Director of Investments for family offices in the UK and the US with wealth management and banking experience. Aisling has also been a professional squash player, an entrepreneur in Belgium & worked at KPMG in Ireland. Aisling applies her diverse experience to work with international family offices.
Georgina joined Delfin having previously spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs, the majority of which was within the Private Wealth division in the Charity Investment Group. Her focus was on advising and supporting the growth of their institutional clients including foundations, endowments and other non-profits.
Charlene has over 20 years of extensive experience as a PA and Executive Assistant. As an integral part of our team, Charlene plays a key role in supporting the partners and providing an outsourced EA service to clients of Delfin Private Office who have contracted with us for the family office administration service.
Bridget spent over 35 years at Macfarlanes where she headed the Investment Management Group. Her sector focus was in private equity, real estate and credit. No longer a practising lawyer, she has a number of non executive roles. We find Bridget’s deep private equity expertise invaluable in helping source the right advisers and solutions for our clients.
Henry’s 21 year career in financial services spans traditional asset management and hedge fund strategies. He is the founder of Elston Consulting which researches and develops benchmarks, exchange traded solutions and asset allocation strategies for family offices and asset owners. We recently collaborated to construct a carbon-free benchmark and indexed portfolio solution for a self-directed endowment.
Nick Harbinson is the CIO of Tantallon Capital Advisors, a Singapore-based specialist multi-family office which manages primarily internal capital. Nick has deep sell and buy-side industry experience and market knowledge. During his more than 40 years in the industry he has successfully navigated multiple market cycles.
